Why Legalbear Sells His Research
Posted on: January 25, 2009 by: adminBear could do this, but, of course, he sells his methods instead of giving them away.
I was in the hospital rehabbing after a heart attack and was telling one of the therapists that I preferred homeopathic remedies and naturopaths. He replies, “Oh, those people are just lining their pockets.” I thought to myself, ‘What, and you’re not?”
I paid the price for what I know; a price that most others are not willing to pay. The price paying started when my wife left me after I told her that Jahuwah had called me to start studying law full time, and continued as I went homeless and jobless for two years to spend all my time hanging out in the law libraries. The price paying continued, when because of Jahuwah’s calling I spent 20 days, 4 days, 3 months, and 7 months in jail. Today, the price paying continues because I can no longer coach little league basketball because I was convicted of driving under suspension. Dr. Robert Clarkson says it this way, “Freedom is not free.” If people want the benefit of knowledge of law and my experience, they should pay me something for it. While I was paying the price in ways listed above and more, they were at the lake, watching television, hanging out with their wife and family, and going to the game.
Proverbs 27:12, “A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself; The simple pass on and are punished.” I understood sometime in 1990 that I would either need to be able to afford an attorney that was an expert in Constitutional law, statutory law, rules of procedure, both federal and state, administrative law, criminal law, and trial tactics; both civil and criminal, or, I would need to become an expert in those myself. I did not realize at the time I made the decision to study law that I would become a “lawyer” (aka knowledgeable in the law) and that my knowledge would have value.
Look at what the wise virgins say to the foolish in Matthew 25:8-9, “And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.” Matthew 25:10-12 continues, “…the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.” So, the bridegroom appeared to be pretty cold hearted toward those who do a poor job of preparing and also approved of the wise virgins. Everyone needs to decide which category they want to be in; wise or foolish. I think it goes without saying that the bridegroom represents Jahushuwah.
If people are unwilling to pay me to learn how to do legal research online (only 2 or 3 sold total) or in the law library (a trickle sold over the last 10 years) then they deserve what they get. A lot of times that means being defrauded by an attorney or by some shyster non-attorney claiming to know more than he does.
