Look what I just broke down and reconstructed using the lexical aids from Psalm 145 of Bear’s Prayers:

17 Jahuwah is [rigidly] righteous in all His ways and kind and merciful in all His works. 18 Jahuwah is near to me when I call upon Him, since I summon, invite, call upon Him in His sure, reliable, stable truth.[1] 19 He is favorably disposed toward my petitions[2] since I deeply respect and worshipfully fear Him; He hears my cry and liberates, delivers, and gives the victory to me. 20 Jahuwah keeps, guards, gives heed to, and protects, me because I show my love for Him by obeying His commandments, but all the mixers He exterminates.[3]
