What Does He Do? What Do We Do?

I am sitting here reading the Word aloud to myself from the Book of Exodus in chapter 14 and at verses 15-18 I came to Jahuwah’s description of what He will do and what we are to do. Look at this:

What We Are to Do:

15The Jahuwah said to Mosheh, Why do you cry to Me? Tell the people of Yisra’el to go forward! 16 Lift up your rod and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, and the Yisra’elites shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.

What Does Jahuwah Do:

17And I, behold, I will harden (make stubborn and strong) the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall go [into the sea] after them; and I will gain honor over Pharaoh and all his host, his chariots, and horsemen. 18 The Egyptians shall know and realize that I am Jahuwah when I have gained honor and majesty over Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen.

I think most of the time it has been demonstrated throughout the Scriptures that whenever Jahuwah is going to do something on the earth he is going to involve a man. For example in Genesis 18:17,

And Jahuwah said, Shall I hide from Abraham My friend and servant what I am going to do…?

From Exodus 14:15-18 we can see that if we are listening He will tell us what he will do and what we will be doing in any endeavor.
