Colorado Supreme Court Asked to Hold Trial Judge in Contempt-The Outcome

Whether the Colorado Supreme Court wanted to hear my issue of the contempt of the trial judge was discretionary and they declined to hear it.
However, the next time my case was in front of this judge, who dismissed everything I ever put in front of him, was an appeal of the dismissal of my charges by the prosecutor and this same judge upheld the dismissal by the trial court of the charges!
I feel that even though the Colorado Supreme Court declined to hear my issue of contempt, one of the justices may have called this trial judge and set him straight.
