Does Proverbs 11:8 Explain How We Bring Oppressors (IRS) & Suffering (Disease) Upon Ourselves?

Proverbs 11:8 reads in the King James version, “The righteous is delivered out of trouble, and the wicked cometh in his stead.” I’ve been looking up each of these words in the Hebrew and ended up with the following for Bear’s Prayers, which I am constantly amending:
Since I am lawful I am rescued from adversaries, enemies, or oppressors and am delivered out of pain, suffering, trouble, and danger; those guilty of Torah violations and hostile to Jahuwah get into it instead.
This fits with what I have asserted all along, because of our lawlessness we bring:
- adversaries
- enemies
- oppressors
- pain
- suffering
- trouble
- and danger
upon ourselves.
I am reading aloud to myself from Proverbs 29 and came to this Scripture at verse 18 which I thought was relevant to this issue:
Where there is no revelation from Jahuwah,[1] the people’s unbridled lawlessness leaves them exposed to harm; since I keep, have charge of, am guardian over, observe, give heed to, protect, treasure in my memory, stay within the bounds of, observe, celebrate, keep, perform, take care of the Torah of Jahuwah –I advance, prosper, move straight on and progress.[2]
[1] Revelation from Jahuwah leads to lawfulness. Depart from me you lawless ones. Matthew 7:23.
[2] I am protected from harm.

Excellent analogy Bear. Right on the money, and may [the Mighty Creator] continue to give you the knowledge of His supreme word. [Jahuwah] bless
